Universities of Chester and Central Lancashire are involved with a QWE-related project. The survey is part of a national project on Qualifying Work Experience as part of the new route to qualification as a solicitor under the SQE. It aims to garner the views of persons responsible for recruiting and/or training trainees and/or paralegals at firms of all sizes, both in respect of how well informed they feel about the rules around QWE, and to what extent, if any, QWE may change how their firm approaches the two-year period of training for admission as a solicitor.
