Heidi Salter

Heidi Salter is in-house Legal Counsel at Housing 21.  She has over 18 years’ experience in both private practice and in-house with a focus on property and commercial matters, managing a varied portfolio of commercial real estate work, including landlord and tenant, across various industries.

She co-chairs the organisation’s Menopause in the Workplace steering group and sits on the committees for Corporate Services, Employee Wellbeing and Domestic Abuse.  Heidi is a Director and Trustee on the Board of Women Acting in Today’s Society (WAITS) a charity supporting women suffering domestic abuse.  She is also a Director of The Endometriosis Foundation and actively advocates for women’s health in relation to menopause and endometriosis including attending APG roundtable meetings at Parliament.  Heidi is a regular guest on a local Birmingham radio show discussing women’s wellbeing.  She enjoys walking; painting and photography in her spare time.
