JLD Pilates & Networking

Venue: Loop Studios, 12-14 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ 

Price: £20 +VAT for members | £22 +VAT for non-members 

The Juniors Lawyers Division (JLD) are hosting their final pilates morning of the year!

There will be two simultaneous sessions running, reformer pilates (10/10 spaces remaining) and mat pilates (12/12 spaces remaining). You don't need to have any pilates experience to join these sessions.

There will be a chance to network after the session.

Places are limited so please book quickly to avoid disappointment. When booking please include the session you would like to book onto in the additional information field. Please also note a maximum of 3 people per firm per session.

AGENDA

7.50am Arrive 10 minutes prior to the session

8am Reformer and mat pilates

8.50am Finish pilates. Optional networking

10am Close
