This two year qualification has been developed with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to give an understanding of the legal environment. It is designed to assist Law firms to recruit talented, young people and develop them into fee-earning roles, as well as to train and develop existing members of staff.
This apprenticeship is a partnership between the employer, employee and college. It is designed to give students an insight into the legal profession.
It provides an excellent training mechanism to provide routes into higher education. It is a structured programme of learning which combines work-based learning with academic learning.
