With the addition of Ardmore Studios and Troy Studios to their studio portfolio, the partnership further bolsters its reputation for best-in-class production facilities throughout the world’s global production hubs.

The team advising on the deal was led by partner and Birmingham head of Corporate Geoff Perry and Corporate associate Leyla Parvizi, Financial Services partner Roy Grist and Real Estate partner Nick Green.

Mr. Perry commented: “We are delighted to have advised our client on the expansion of its portfolio with the acquisition of two iconic studios in Ireland, recognised as a world-class production destination for international film and high-end TV production. Recent productions at the studios include Netflix’s ‘The Winx Saga’ and Apple TV’s upcoming sci-fi series ‘Foundation.’”
