"Mental health in the workplace - how to start a conversation about mental health" presented by Gosia Federowicz, Co-Founder of Wellbeing in Your Office.

Coinciding with World Wellbeing Week, in this talk, Gosia will guide you through:


  • Understanding the importance of mental health conversations in the workplace

  • Identifying barriers, stigmas, and misconceptions associated with mental health in the workplace

  • Tips on how to approach sensitive conversations in a supportive and empathetic manner

  • Building a culture of mental wellbeing that encourages openness and support in the workplace

  • Tips for self-care and how to manage stress


The cost includes a buffet lunch and one drink. Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar.
