  Timothy is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most respected Mediators and DR Practitioners.  He’s also a contributing writer for Lexus Nexus, Resolution Expert for Our Family Wizard, and an active FDRP working across the entire Oceans/Pacifica region.  Originally from the UK, Timothy was trained by the Family Mediators Association almost a quarter of a century ago, and was a pupil of the renowned, much loved and much missed Robin ap Cynan. He is a currently published academic researcher and author in the field of Preparation for Mediation and Clinical Safely, and a director of Asia/Pacifica’s largest Family Justice membership group and peak body, Pacifica Congress, and an Independent Director and Deputy Chair of Safe Network NZ. Timothy was the winner of the 2020 NZ Local Heroes Awards and the 2017 NZ Law Awards – Mediator of the Year and was the Winner of the Resolution Institute 2015 Practitioner Award for Significant Contribution to DR – for the development and/or promotion of DR in their communities. Timothy was also a runner up in the 2019 and 2015 NZ Law Awards – Mediator of the Year.
