Wellbeing during Lockdown and Beyond with Law care

On Wednesday 12th August, 2020 at 12 noon Ann Charlton from LawCare, the charity that promotes and supports good mental health and wellbeing across the legal community, will give a short talk followed by Q & As.
The talk will cover:

• Key Strategies to improve wellbeing including practical tips on time management, prioritising and effective email
• Resilience
• Self-Care
• Available support and resources to look after yourself
• Q & A
