The government recently introduced a range of incentives for employers who are committed to recruiting an apprentice before 31st September 2021.
BMet offer a range of apprenticeships that can benefit your business. Did you know there is an apprenticeship for employers who want to take on a Paralegal Level 3 which is CiLEX accredited.
This two year qualification has been developed with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to give an understanding of the legal environment. It is designed to assist Law firms to recruit talented, young people and develop them into fee-earning roles, as well as to train and develop existing members of staff. This Apprenticeship is a partnership between the employer, employee and college. It is designed to give students an insight into the legal profession. It provides an excellent training mechanism to provide routes into higher education. It is a structured programme of learning which combines work-based learning with academic learning.
The good news is that BMet are one of the only providers within the West Midlands Region that offer this program on a ‘’Roll on Roll off’’ basis. Meaning employers can benefit from employing an apprentice at any time in the year!!
