BLS Dispute Resolution Committee responds to Independent Review of Administrative Law

The Independent Review of Administrative Law seeks to examine whether Judicial Review strikes the right balance between enabling affected citizens to challenge public bodies’ decisions and the need for effective governance. The Committee is acutely aware of the important role that Judicial Review has to play in ensuring appropriate scrutiny of decision-making processes and procedures, and with this in mind has considered and provided commentary on various areas to be examined in the review.
