Response to Carer’s Leave Consultation
The BLS Employment Committee has responded to the Government’s Consultation on Carer’s Leave. Recognising the burden placed on many employees in balancing caring responsibilities with work, the Employment Committee response is supportive of the right not being too restrictive in terms of when it may apply.
