Women in the legal profession navigate complex dynamics - balancing competition, collaboration, and cultural expectations. Stronger Together is a transformative three-part workshop series designed to foster genuine support among female lawyers, equipping them with the tools to build stronger relationships, overcome challenges, and create a culture of mentorship and advocacy. Through open dialogue, practical strategies, and shared experiences, this series will empower women to thrive together, not just as colleagues, but as allies.
Workshop 3: Creating a Culture of Support: Collaboration and Mentorship in Law
How do we move from surviving within the structures of law to shaping them for the better?
This interactive workshop explores what it really means to create a culture of psychological safety and collaboration; where women advocate for, mentor, and champion each other across every level of practice.
Whether or not you’ve joined the earlier sessions, this workshop stands alone as a powerful space for reflection and connection. You’ll explore mentorship models that work in law, discover how to build networks of genuine support, and identify practical steps to embed allyship in your firm or chambers.
Rooted in Thread Three of the Web of Support Model, the cultural anchors that hold us, this session offers real tools for women who want to lead change, not wait for it.
Join us for a conversation that goes beyond surface-level support and into the heart of what it means to stand with each other in a demanding profession. All discussions will follow the Chatham House Rule, so everyone can speak openly and honestly, knowing their words won’t be shared outside of the workshop.
This is a gathering created for women, those who identify as female in any way that is true for them. It’s a space for connection, reflection, and support, where we come together as we are, with no expectations, just openness.
