Join us for the next meeting of the Birmingham Law Society COLP/COFA Forum for a discussion on
SRA INVESTIGATIONS AND LAW FIRM REPUTATION.

Special guest speaker Antony Dunkels of Brunswick Group’s Litigation & Disputes Practice. Corporate Reputation Consultant & former barrister specialising in advising law firms with particular experience of guiding firms facing complex SRA investigations with reputational consequences.

Chaired by Jayne Willetts, Solicitor Advocate and Chair of the BLS Professional Regulation Committee, who will lead on publicity and confidentiality during SRA investigations and will include the latest SRA policy on publication of regulatory & disciplinary decisions and to be joined by Rebecca Atkinson, formerly General Counsel and COLP at Howard Kennedy LLP, now with her own specialist risk and compliance firm McArthur Atkinson.
The sessions will be run under Chatham House rules so questions and frank discussion are encouraged.
Open to those serving as COLP; COFA; MLRO; MLCO; and those working in risk and compliance teams and/or senior management.
