Message From The President

During my term, I have decided to nominate The Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT), as my chosen charity. You may ask yourself why? Well, Lisa Turan, CEO, manages a wonderful team of dedicated staff who go above and beyond for children and young people with an acquired brain injury. They have successfully placed Family Liaison Officers in all major trauma units in the UK to ensure that families are assisted from day one.  It can quite overwhelming and distressing for families affected by a brain injury but CBIT is always there to listen and provide appropriate support.
