Conveyancing Apprenticeships

Our Conveyancing Apprenticeships are designed for individuals working in residential property or conveyancing roles. There are two progression levels available: the Level 4 Conveyancing Technician Apprenticeship and the Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer Apprenticeship, providing a clear pathway from technical support to full qualification.

The Level 4 Conveyancing Apprenticeship route builds core conveyancing knowledge and day-to-day transactional competence, allowing learners to take on increased responsibility within property matters. The Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer Apprenticeship route offers a direct pathway to becoming a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, preparing learners for independent practice with full professional recognition.
