We know that solicitors and legal staff are finding themselves under increasing pressure in the current legal landscape and when a client has a communication difficulty or vulnerability, that job gets harder. It is very difficult for counsel to juggle the demands of representing that client, with monitoring and supporting their participation in legal proceedings.
Our team is hosting a Webinar titled "A Voice for Vulnerable Court Users in the Justice System." The webinar will cover essential topics such as understanding the role of an intermediary, addressing communication breakdowns and effective collaboration strategies between intermediaries and courts.
Attendance is complimentary for all Legal Professionals and it's not obligatory for making referrals.
The sessions are delivered by our “Lead Practitioners” who have firsthand experience of working with clients in Family and Criminal cases and their valuable experience comes through during the webinar sessions that last around 45 minutes.
