The Junior Lawyers Division (JLD) invites you to its autumn breakfast networking session hosted alongside Tina Chander, Employment Partner and Founder of End Workplace Bullying Day.

Hear from Tina as she shines a spotlight on the impact of bullying, harassment and so-called "workplace banter" across UK workplaces.

Founded in 2023, End Workplace Bullying Day encourages organisations to create safer, more respectful and inclusive working environments.

The campaign's early research findings reveal some concerning statistics:


  • One in five people still experience workplace bullying

  • Around half of workplaces continue to tolerate discriminatory banter

  • One in 10 people do not consider shouting at work to be bullying


These findings highlight why conversations about workplace culture, dignity and respect remain as important as ever.
