Join us for Session 3 of the Advocacy Series, focusing on the practical challenges of handling vulnerable witnesses. This session will explore techniques for preparing vulnerable witnesses, adapting questioning and communication styles, and ensuring effective advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Whether you’re a trainee, junior lawyer or student, this is a practical session designed to give you the tools and confidence to advocate effectively for and alongside vulnerable witnesses.
