Join the Junior Lawyers Division (JLD) for a free, three-part online “Advocacy Series”, where Barrister Liaison Kyran Kanda is joined by leading barristers to explore three essential aspects of modern advocacy: mediation, working with vulnerable witnesses, and effective cross-examination. Through practical discussion and expert insight, these sessions will equip lawyers at every stage of their career with the skills and confidence to navigate some of the challenging situations encountered daily in dispute resolution.
The third and final session in the series, "Handling Vulnerable Witnesses" will be with Denise Breen-Lawton KC.
