JLD Pilates & Networking (Reformer SOLD OUT, just mat spaces left)

Time: 7.50am – 10am

Venue: Loop Studios, 12-14 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ 

Price: £18 +VAT for members | £20 +VAT for non-members 

The Juniors Lawyers Division (JLD) are hosting a pilates morning!

There will be two simultaneous sessions running at 8am, one reformer pilates (SOLD OUT) and one mat pilates (3/12 spaces remaining). Due to it's popularity, there will then be another reformer class at 9am (SOLD OUT). You don't need to have any pilates experience to join these sessions.

There will be a chance to network after the session.

Places are limited so please book quickly to avoid disappointment.

AGENDA

7.50am Arrive 10 minutes prior to the session

8am Reformer and mat pilates

8.50am Finish pilates. Optional networking

9am Reformer pilates (second session)

9.50am Second reformer session finishes

10am Close
