As part of our valued partnership with Landmark Information Group, we are working with them on finding opportunities to gain members views on key topics relating to Sustainability & Climate Change and what that means within the legal sector.
With this in mind, we would like to invite you to a lunchtime discussion (lunch provided) around the topic of Biodiversity Net Gain.
As you will be aware, “BNG” becomes a condition of planning permission in England in January 2024. We want to understand your views or concerns on how this will work and also showcase some data and cutting-edge technology solution from Landmark for you to provide your opinions. Your contribution into this important discussion would be hugely valued, and a chance for you to share thoughts and shape solutions.
Discussions will be lead by Simon Boyle, Environmental Law Director, Landmark Information Group and Tom Venables, Environmental Consultant, on the importance of climate change and bio diversity in development.
