The Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship is ideal for those beginning their career in a legal team, as well as individuals already working within a firm who do not hold formal legal qualifications. The programme develops core legal knowledge, professional standards, and workplace competence, enabling apprentices to confidently support fee-earners and manage delegated responsibilities within a legal team.
- 13 months of structured training and supported learning.
- Up to 4 additional months to complete the End-Point Assessment (EPA).
- Funded through the government apprenticeship scheme with up to £11,000 available towards training costs.
- Non-levy employers typically contribute no more than £550, with the remaining balance government funded.
